Abstract
Public speaking, or oratory, is an essential skill for Islamic boarding school students (students), particularly in developing leadership and communication skills within both Islamic boarding schools and the community. However, the reality on the ground shows that most students still face obstacles such as a lack of confidence, limited technique, and limited opportunities for structured oratory practice. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to provide a comprehensive solution by implementing systematic extracurricular activity management to improve students' oratory skills. The program begins with needs identification through surveys and interviews, followed by the development of speech training modules, from material planning and practice to performance evaluation. Training is conducted periodically and accompanied by routine monitoring to identify developments in self-confidence, speech drafting techniques, and delivery skills. Results indicate that the majority of students experienced significant improvements in self-confidence, material structure, and public speaking skills. This program not only provides individual benefits but also fosters a culture of effective communication and peer-to-peer coaching within the Islamic boarding school environment. With an organized extracurricular management approach, this training has proven effective in empowering students' potential in a sustainable manner.
