Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) was implemented at the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School with the aim of optimizing the educational management system to improve the quality of sustainable learning. As Islamic educational institutions, Islamic boarding schools have a unique system that integrates religious values with formal learning activities. However, the challenges of educational modernization demand a more structured management system to ensure effective learning, administration, and human resource development. The PKM program was implemented through several stages: needs analysis, educational management training for ustaz (Islamic teachers) and educational staff, and mentoring in the implementation of a collaborative management system. The results demonstrated significant improvements in work discipline, coordination between educational units, and teachers' abilities in planning and evaluating learning. Furthermore, communication between administrators, ustaz (Islamic teachers), and students became more effective through the implementation of a structured learning documentation system. This program demonstrated that the application of modern educational management principles can align with Islamic boarding school values without diminishing the traditional identity of the Islamic boarding school.
