Abstract

Effective classroom management is one of the key competencies that determine the success of the learning process. For teachers in Islamic Integrated Schools, classroom management is not only about maintaining discipline and order but also about creating a learning atmosphere that reflects Islamic values such as respect, responsibility, and cooperation. However, many teachers still face challenges in managing diverse student behaviors, implementing differentiated instruction, and integrating character education into daily classroom practice. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to strengthen teachers’ classroom management skills through a structured workshop conducted at SDIT Al-Falah Muaro Jambi. The workshop was designed using a participatory approach, combining theoretical sessions, case studies, and reflective discussions. The program focused on three main aspects: (1) classroom organization and learning environment, (2) positive discipline and student engagement strategies, and (3) the integration of Islamic values in classroom management. The results of the program indicate significant improvements in teachers’ ability to plan, manage, and evaluate classroom dynamics more effectively and spiritually. This workshop model can serve as a reference for professional development programs for teachers in Islamic schools, especially in building classrooms that are disciplined, inclusive, and value-based.
