Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve the classroom management competence of teachers at MA Nururrodiyah, Jambi City. The main problem faced by the madrasa was the limited ability of teachers to apply effective classroom management strategies, particularly in creating positive teacher–student interactions and managing student behavior. To address these issues, intensive mentoring was conducted through training, classroom observation, and participatory-based classroom management guidance. The method involved teachers’ needs analysis, training module development, workshops, and performance evaluation. The results showed a significant improvement in teachers’ ability to manage learning time, build a positive classroom atmosphere, and apply non-violent discipline methods. The program successfully raised teachers’ collective awareness of classroom management as an essential element of teaching professionalism and positively impacted students’ learning motivation.
