Abstract

The development of 21st-century education requires innovation in learning strategies, particularly in English subjects at the elementary and secondary school levels. One of the main challenges faced by teachers is the low student interest in learning English, which is often perceived as difficult, boring, and irrelevant to daily life. Through this Community Service Program (PKM), teacher training was conducted in the application of the Fun Learning method as a creative and engaging approach to increase student interest in learning. The activities were designed in the form of workshops, mentoring, and learning evaluations. The results show an improvement in teachers’ skills to design more innovative lessons, as well as an increase in students’ motivation and enthusiasm in English learning. This article provides an in-depth discussion on the implementation strategies of Fun Learning, the challenges faced, and its practical implications for improving learning quality. Through this program, teachers are expected to become more confident and creative in using engaging and meaningful learning approaches.
