Abstract

This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to increase teachers' understanding and abilities in implementing the Independent Curriculum as well as compiling learning tools and the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) at MI Al-Irsyad. Based on the results of initial observations, most teachers still experience difficulties in interpreting the structure of the Independent Curriculum, compiling learning outcomes (CP), and integrating the values ​​of the Pancasila Student Profile in project activities. Activities are carried out through a participatory approach involving training, mentoring and direct practice in preparing teaching tools. The results of the implementation show a significant increase in teacher understanding and skills, shown by an increase in the average score from 62.5 (pre-training) to 90.2 (post-training). This activity has implications for improving the quality of learning and curriculum management at MI Al-Irsyad so that it is more in line with the spirit of Independent Learning.
