Abstract
Early childhood education plays a crucial role in developing the foundations of children's intelligence. One effective approach to supporting student development at the kindergarten level is differentiated learning, tailored to the needs and abilities of each child. This article reviews differentiated learning support at Kirana Kindergarten, which aims to optimize student potential through instruction tailored to each child's individual characteristics. This support involves various strategies, such as individual observation, the application of diverse teaching methods, and the use of learning aids tailored to the child's learning style. The results of this support demonstrate significant improvements in children's academic and social-emotional skills, strengthening the role of educators in creating an inclusive and adaptive learning environment. Through this differentiated learning approach, Kirana Kindergarten successfully provides a more comprehensive learning experience that is responsive to children's developmental needs. This research is expected to provide insight and inspiration for other educational institutions in implementing more individualized and effective learning in PAUD settings.
