Abstract
This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to strengthen the capacity of teachers and school administrators in designing, implementing, and evaluating school programs that directly impact student development. The PKM initiative was motivated by the finding that many existing school programs were not systematically managed, were not based on student needs, and lacked measurable evaluation mechanisms. The methods used in the program included needs assessment, program management workshops, classroom-based implementation mentoring, and evaluation of program impacts on student development. The results of the PKM show a significant improvement in teachers’ ability to develop measurable program objectives, identify student outcome indicators, and implement programs more consistently. Additionally, the programs had positive impacts on students' learning motivation, active engagement, and social behavior. This PKM provides a replicable model of effective school program management that can be adopted by other schools to improve the quality of learning and the school environment.
